椰子油牛奶方包


今次驚食唔曬整一磅:
高鈣低脂奶 差唔多1杯 
高筋粉 兩杯 (冇麵份味南順,到用曬要試第d)
黑糖 1湯匙半
海鹽 1茶匙
椰子油 兩湯匙 (Barlean’s聞落好香椰子味,食落冇乜,想要椰味可能用埋椰漿好d)
快速酵母 1茶匙多d 

發酵咗3粒鐘,焗1粒鐘。呢隻酵母發就發得快,但硬係覺得味道麻麻,但用sourdough又需時,或者唔應該成日夜媽媽先嚟整,weekend會好d。
