朱古力提子軟曲奇


Chocolate Raisin Cookies

32塊動物曲奇材料:
All purpose麵粉(或低粉)450g
無鹽牛油 110g
砂糖 150g
大蛋 1隻
baking powder (冇,所以用咗日清酵母)5g
valrhona朱古力粉 30g
鹽 2g(optional)
提子乾 75g

肉桂粉 15g(optional)
雲尼拿油 10ml(optional)

可以先溶牛油用糖易搞d,全部搓好用模壓好,220度預熱,焗7分鐘或至唔黐叉。(因為勁深色睇唔倒幾時熟,再焗多一兩分鐘或壓薄d就會脆身,但唔建議因為室溫擺好快硬。)
